In the following Policy, CallMyClinic refers to the service offered by Software Global Consultancy PVT LTD (the "Company" or "We") through the callmyclinic.com website and the software provided through it (the "Service").

Personal data (related to your account):
Signup and account creation: To signup and create an account to use our Service, we need your name, contact number, and photo of your national ID card. We do store this information you have entered when creating an account for using our Service and anti-abuse purposes.
Password: This Service does not save or use a password. Users can sign in with random one-time passwords generated and sent to the user's contact number through short text messages.
Physician profile update: Physician can enter their academic information and work experiences, which will be publicly visible on the website. Patients can review this information for choosing appropriate physicians.
Patient information update: Patient information we collect is for physician's use only, and we do not share with anyone else or publicly visible on the website. But we do not collect sensitive personal information such as date of birth.
Support: When you submit support requests or bug reports, we will collect the data that you choose to share with us about the issue being reported.
Payment: The Company relies on third parties to process credit card and mobile financial service transactions, and we do not save any of your credit card or mobile financial service details.
IP Address: we log IP addresses for sign up and sign-in requests to identify possible cases of denial of service attacks.
How we use this personal data: Your contact number is not shared with any third-party organization. We use short text messages service providers (and mobile operators) for sending one-time passwords, notifications, and updates without disclosing any other information that can associate your data with your contact number. We mainly use it for account-related questions, communication, and recovery. By signing up for our Service, you agree to receive communications from us, which may include promotional updates too. The information you provide when you contact our support team is processed for analytics purposes (such as to obtain aggregate statistics on the number of complaints or errors). However, they are not combined with any personal data. We do not do any targeted advertising or any profiling.
Right to Access, Rectification, Erasure, and power to complain: Through the Service, you can directly access, edit, or delete personal data processed by the Company in your use of the Service. If your account has been suspended for a breach of our terms and conditions, and you would like to exercise the rights related to your data, you can request our support team. In case of violation of your rights, you have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority.
Data retention: We retain essential data (such as username, email, billing information) on active accounts to provide services. This data is deleted when your account is deleted by requesting our support team.
Visiting our website: We only use analytics software to collect non-identifying information, such as title of the page being viewed, screen resolution, outlinks, referrers, and page, and website speed. This data cannot be used to personally identify users or visitors as we do not log IP addresses and connect them to specific user accounts.
Why we use analytics software: We use analytics software to help us deliver a higher quality of service. Finally, analytics also helps with our outreach and growth initiatives, which are efforts to help our Company reach and protect the largest number of people possible.

Blog: We have a public blog on our website. Any information you include in a comment on our blog may be read, collected, and used by anyone. If your personal information appears on our blog and you want it removed, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Data we monitor from user sessions
Each time a user connects to the Service, we only monitor the timestamp of the last successful login attempt with your IP address.
We take data security very seriously. Only our employees have physical or other access to our infrastructure and secure servers. Data is usually stored in an encrypted format on our multiple servers. All user-uploaded images and documents saved separately in different servers. Offline backups may be stored periodically, but these are also secured.
Your network traffic, while using the Service, may go through third party networks that we do not control. This could enable a third party to record your IP address or see that you are using this Service. However, these third parties cannot see your actual data, which remains encrypted.
Disclosure of your information
We will only disclose the limited user data we possess when compelled by law for the prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offenses or the execution of criminal penalties, including the safeguarding against and the prevention of threats to public security. Competent Bangladeshi authorities must approve foreign authorities' data requests.
