Password: This Service does not save or use a password. Users can sign in with random one-time passwords generated and sent to the user's contact number through short text messages.

Physician profile update: Physician can enter their academic information and work experiences, which will be publicly visible on the website. Patients can review this information for choosing appropriate physicians.

Patient information update: Patient information we collect is for physician's use only, and we do not share with anyone else or publicly visible on the website. But we do not collect sensitive personal information such as date of birth.

Support: When you submit support requests or bug reports, we will collect the data that you choose to share with us about the issue being reported.

Payment: The Company relies on third parties to process credit card and mobile financial service transactions, and we do not save any of your credit card or mobile financial service details.

IP Address: we log IP addresses for sign up and sign-in requests to identify possible cases of denial of service attacks.

How we use this personal data: Your contact number is not shared with any third-party organization. We use short text messages service providers (and mobile operators) for sending one-time passwords, notifications, and updates without disclosing any other information that can associate your data with your contact number. We mainly use it for account-related questions, communication, and recovery. By signing up for our Service, you agree to receive communications from us, which may include promotional updates too. The information you provide when you contact our support team is processed for analytics purposes (such as to obtain aggregate statistics on the number of complaints or errors). However, they are not combined with any personal data. We do not do any targeted advertising or any profiling.

Right to Access, Rectification, Erasure, and power to complain: Through the Service, you can directly access, edit, or delete personal data processed by the Company in your use of the Service. If your account has been suspended for a breach of our terms and conditions, and you would like to exercise the rights related to your data, you can request our support team. In case of violation of your rights, you have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority.

Data retention: We retain essential data (such as username, email, billing information) on active accounts to provide services. This data is deleted when your account is deleted by requesting our support team.

Each time a user connects to the Service, we only monitor the timestamp of the last successful login attempt with your IP address.

We take data security very seriously. Only our employees have physical or other access to our infrastructure and secure servers. Data is usually stored in an encrypted format on our multiple servers. All user-uploaded images and documents saved separately in different servers. Offline backups may be stored periodically, but these are also secured.
